Student Satisfaction Surveys

IFSA-Butler is continually working to improve student services, predeparture support, on-site orientations and other aspects of our programs. As an ongoing part of this effort, we send surveys to our students and evaluate their feedback on our services and programs.

Semester and year students are sent three surveys:

  • Predeparture survey: One to three weeks prior to departure
  • Post-Orientation survey: One week after the on-site orientation
  • Alumni survey: Two to three weeks after the program end date

Summer students receive only the predeparture survey and a combined post-orientation and alumni survey due to the shortened length of their programs.
