Jennifer Fritz is Associate Director of the Office of Global & Off-campus Education and STEM Global Education Advisor at Bucknell University. She has worked in the field of International Education for 13 years. Fritz has also participated in various University and national committee positions with a special focus on STEM and first-generation college students. Most recently, Fritz was the Region VIII NAFSA Academy Coach for the class of 15 and was an alumna of the Academy. Fritz has also held other leadership roles as a member of the First-Generation Committee with Diversity Abroad, NAFSA Connecting Our World Grassroots Leadership Program, Member of NAFSA Trainer Corps, and CIEE-Diversity Abroad Future Leaders Summit. Fritz has presented at more than 15 regional and national conferences including but not limited to NAFSA National, NAFSA Region VIII, Forum, IFSA, and CIEE etc.
Prior to working at Bucknell University, Jennifer worked at the University of Pittsburgh as a study abroad advisor within the College of Business Administration and co-managed the Plus Three Program, awarded the Heiskell Award for Excellence in Study Abroad. She also taught a business course and helped co-lead an abroad program.
She holds her B.A in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her M.P.A. from Pennsylvania State University. She studied in Europe during her undergraduate and graduate degrees.
