Education
Lea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Latinx & Latin American Studies and Sociology from Amherst College in Western Massachusetts.
Travel Experience
The first time Lea traveled abroad, she spent a semester of her undergraduate experience at Queen Mary University of London through IFSA. She was thrilled to share space in a new learning community where she developed a research project examining the experiences of first-generation and/or low-income students at QMUL.
Did You Know?
While Lea does not have a high tolerance for spicy food, she does keep trying peppers. The hottest peppers she has tried include both habanero and a Scotch bonnet in one sitting.
