“I believe that exposure to new cultures is one of the most important things you can have as you grow up. It exposes you to new foods, practices, and a way of life in general. I wanted to actually be studying abroad this semester; however, my school lacked the system to correctly match classes for host institutions and I was unable to apply in time even after doing my own research. I am now using this opportunity to make sure that this does not happen to other prospective study abroad students.”
Education
Mikey is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Data Science and Cognitive Science at the University of Southern California, while simultaneously pursuing a master’s degree in product development engineering. He is extremely interested in the intersection between technology and business.
Travel Experience
Mikey loves to travel with his friends and family any time he can. He has been to a multitude of places ranging from Quebec, Canada all the way to Athens, Greece. He loves trying out new cuisines and exploring new cultures, although his favorite is Mediterranean.
