Education
Kristen graduated from North Central College where she earned a degree in music and liberal studies, with a minor in teaching English to speakers of other languages. She focused on instrumental music with a concentration in piano, organ, and saxophone.
Travel Experience
Kristen’s travels began as a child when her parents would take the entire family on the Amtrak train from Chicago to California each summer. She traveled abroad briefly to both Morocco and Nicaragua as an undergrad, and lived in Europe for a year after college.
Did You Know?
Kristen’s first pets were two fawns named Spotty and Bambi, a result of her growing up on a small farm.
