“Studying abroad pushes you out of your comfort zone, allows you to experience various, unique cultures and people, and opens opportunities to visit iconic, historical landmarks or small, enchanting towns. Studying abroad helped me grow as an individual and gave me the confidence to explore more of what the world has to offer.”
Victoria is a senior at Providence College as a health policy and management major with a business and innovation minor. She studied abroad with IFSA in Fall 2021 at the University College Cork in Cork, Ireland. She plans on working on her master’s degree in healthcare administration after graduation.
During Victoria’s study abroad experience, she visited various cities and towns in Ireland and Northern Ireland including Dublin, Belfast, Galway, Kinsale, and Killarney. Independent travel during this time allowed her to experience cities outside of Ireland including Amsterdam, Lake Como, Milan, and London.
