Hannah Legatzke, Ph.D.

Education
Hannah holds a Doctorate in Natural Resource Sciences and Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences and Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame. Her research collaborations on environmental issues with partners from across the Americas led her to the world of international education.
Travel Experience
Hannah has lived in four different countries and visited 19. Studying abroad in Santiago, Chile helped her advance her Spanish and opened her to the joys and possibilities of living abroad. She spent a year living in the beautiful rainforests of Guatemala’s northern Petén department, and most recently moved to Perú in 2023, where she lives in Lima with her husband.
