CUSTOM and faculty-led PROGRAMS

PROGRAMS TAILOR-MADE FOR YOUR STUDENTS

Through creativity and collaboration, we’ll design a program to deliver your learning objectives in an international framework while maintaining your academic freedom in the classroom. We’ll work with you, and together we’ll organize activities that stimulate students’ thought processes, challenging them to incorporate their global experience into your class discussions. In co-creating this powerful learning experience, we deliver local expertise and insider knowledge to guide you throughout the process, from planning to on-site implementation. We offer your students the world.

We invite you to contact IFSA staff to schedule an exploratory call or complete the Online request form to start the conversation about your custom or faculty-led program.

READY TO GO PROGRAMS

Ready to Go!  templates make it easy to get started building your custom program. Ready to Go!  programs are two-week program templates expertly crafted by our team to deliver IFSA’s local expertise, meaningful co-curricular activities, and academic and logistical support, all while leaving plenty of room for inserting your institution’s learning objectives and class plans.

In the video below, Emily Beck, IFSA Director of Custom and Collaborative Programs, discusses how Ready to Go!  programs can enable you to jumpstart faculty-led programming on your campus. You can also directly view the Ready to Go! Engineering in Shanghai Proposal and download other Ready to Go! proposals. Additional Ready to Go!  program templates for Barcelona, Lima, Mérida, Rome, Havana, and New Zealand are coming soon.

WHAT YOUR COLLEAGUES SAY

I cannot begin to tell you how grateful and thankful I was to work with IFSA in Peru! There is something particularly satisfying in seeing and feeling the support that they provided to me and this group – especially after telling so many people that they can expect unparalleled support. We all felt it!

IFSA has been a good partner since 2011 in multiple locations, providing UC San Diego students participating in summer faculty-led programs high quality on-site student services, expert local knowledge, and reliable emergency support. We are excited that they are expanding their focus on customized programs.

By working with IFSA, the Teacher Education Program at UVa was able to put together a quality student teaching experience in Northern Ireland for our students. Their staff understand our faculty’s expectations and our program needs and have made what could have been a long, complicated  process seem easy!
