Jenny Lei Elsey, Ed.D.

Biography

Dr. Jenny Lei Elsey identifies as a 1.5 generation Taiwanese-American and is a first-generation college student. She currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Student Success at Seattle Pacific University.

She brings over 20 years of experience in higher education and has worked extensively with study abroad, service-learning, multicultural affairs, Title IX, and residence life. Her current portfolio includes retention, career services, international student services, learning support services, and disability/accessibility services. Dr. Elsey also serves as the Cultural Development Lead and Coach with Leadership Center, a global leadership consulting and coaching firm.

When she is not engaged in her professional work, she actively enjoys being a basketball mom, hiking, and traveling
