Jenny Lei Elsey, Ed.D.

Biography

Dr. Jenny Lei Elsey identifies as a 1.5 Taiwanese-American and is a first-generation college student. She currently services as the Assistant Vice President for Student Life at Seattle Pacific University. 

Dr. Elsey brings over 20 years of experience in higher education and has worked extensively with study abroad, service-learning, career services, student retention,  and student success. Her current portfolio includes student activities, health and wellness, international student services, multi-ethnic programs, disability support services, and Title IX. Dr. Elsey also serves as the Cultural Development Lead and Coach with Leadership Center, a leadership consulting and coaching firm.

When she is not engaged in her professional, work, she actively enjoys being a basketball mom, hiking, and traveling.
