Marsha Bugalla, J.D.
Biography
Marsha Bugalla recently retired from the practice of Law. For many years, she was in private practice with her primary focus on the representation of public K-12 schools. In this capacity, Ms. Bugalla was involved in policy development, compliance, personnel matters, and contract negotiations.
In 2016, she left private practice to become the General Counsel for the Indiana Department of Education. In this capacity, she assisted in the formulation of legislation and the implementation of policy affecting 1.2 million children.
Ms. Bugalla retired from the Department of Education in 2019. She has been a member of IFSA’s Board of Directors since 2016 and Board Chair since 2018.
