Spring 2026 Bring a Friend Grants—$750 Each
Study abroad can be twice as fun when you go with a friend—especially when you each have an extra $750 to experience local culture! Use your grant for dining out, attending a theatre performance, joining superfans for a rugby or football match, and more.
How to enter: Apply to any of these programs below for Spring 2026 and refer a friend who also applies. If you’re both accepted and enroll, you’ll each receive a $750 cultural grant. Be sure to include your friend’s name in your application or notify your Enrollment Counselor to qualify.
- England: Queen Mary University of London
- Scotland: University of St Andrews
- Mexico: IFSA Merida Universities
Grant details: A cultural grant of $750 USD will be distributed to both you and your friend once you arrive in-country for your Spring 2026 program. Grants cannot be transferred to a different semester or individual. Limit of one grant per person. IFSA reserves the right to withhold prizes for any reason.
