IFSA LIFE SCIENCE CAREER ACCELERATOR
This Life Science Career Accelerator program has been suspended for Spring 2022. Please consider the IFSA Study in London program for Spring 2022 or apply to this Life Science Career Accelerator program for Fall 2022.
FIND YOUR PLACE IN THE LIFE SCIENCE FIELD—OUR MOST AFFORDABLE OPTION
Sister to IFSA Life Science Accelerator Plus, this innovative program is designed to help you uncover the many facets of life science and discover what appeals to you—for less. Subtracting the option to take a class at a London university lowers the overall cost—and lets us welcome students with GPAs of 2.0 and up.
So, what will it be? Medical, biological or chemical research? Developing tech and tools to do that research? Working at a nonprofit that interprets new findings to help drive policy? We’ll help you find the answer—and get a head start on a career full of purpose.
Along with relevant academics, this Career Accelerator program includes:
- The option to roll up your sleeves and gain experience with an internship or directed research
- A core leadership class that earns you a professional certificate from The Leadership Edge, a leading talent development firm specializing in the life sciences (only at IFSA)
It all happens in one of the world’s leading life science hubs—and one of the world’s most diverse and cosmopolitan cities, full of things to see and do.
Eager to add a class at a London university? Check out IFSA Life Science Career Accelerator Plus.
As part of IFSA’s commitment to Inclusive Excellence, our London Global Flagship organizes affinity groups. These groups provide opportunities for students with underrepresented identities to meet to discuss their experiences at home and abroad. We extend the invitation to all students, so they may voluntarily self-identify and participate. At least three opportunities are arranged throughout the semester in order to build community and deepen dialogue. Events may include exchanges with local students or associations, colloquia or lectures addressing identity topics, or specific activities that focus on viewing identity from multiple perspectives in the London context.
