Education
Jill received her Bachelor of Arts in Music from Central Washington University and her Master of Education in College Student Services Administration from Oregon State University. She earned her Doctorate in Public Administration at West Chester University of Pennsylvania where she wrote her dissertation on Study Abroad and Liminality: Examining U.S. Undergraduate Students’ Risky Behavioral Choices Betwixt and Between Borders. She recently went back to school to improve in French language where she advanced to the B1 level at Accord École de Langues in Paris, France.
Travel Experience
Jill identifies as a global citizen having been born in South Korea and journeying on her first overseas flight at the age of five months. Since then, she has lived in the United States, Saudi Arabia, Germany, China, France, and the UK. She has been extraordinarily privileged to experience 30 countries in her lifetime.
Did You Know?
Jill is a trained classical and choral vocalist and has been singing in choirs her whole life, most notably with the Colorado Symphony. She also dabbles in pop a cappella, and if you look really hard, you can find her singing on YouTube and TikTok.
